Privacy policy.

The short version. We collect the form fields you give us, plus payment metadata from Stripe. We use it to make and deliver your deed. We don't sell your data, run ad pixels, or share it with brokers. Questions go to our contact form.

What we collect

There are three buckets.

Information you give us

• The name, email address, and dedication text you type into the deed personalizer.
• For pet deeds, the photo you upload. The photo is sent with your order request, rendered into the PDF, and delivered to you. It is not currently persisted on our servers beyond the request that generates the deed.
• Anything you write into the contact form: first name, last name, email, and message body.

Information we receive from payment

Stripe handles your card. We never see or store your card number, CVC, or full billing address. After a successful checkout, Stripe hands us back metadata about the order: a session ID, the email you paid with, the amount, and the line items. That metadata is what we use to generate your deed.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server and edge access logs (IP address, user agent, requested path, timestamp). We do not run a third-party analytics tracker, an advertising pixel, or a behavioral profiling SDK on this site.

What we do with it

• Generate your personalized deed PDF.
• Deliver the PDF to the email address on the order.
• Process the payment through Stripe.
• Respond to messages sent through the contact form.
• Keep enough order metadata to reissue a deed if you lose it.

That's the whole list. We don't profile you, segment you, or build a marketing audience out of you.

Who we share it with

We use a small set of vendors to actually run the site. Each one gets only the data it needs to do its job.

• Stripe processes payments. Their privacy practices are at privacy.stripe.com.
• Resend sends the transactional email that carries your deed PDF, and forwards contact form submissions to us.
• Vercel hosts the site and keeps the access logs described above.

No data brokers. No advertisers. No resale. We do not share your information with anyone else unless we are legally required to.

How long we keep it

• Stripe and Resend retain their own records under their own terms.
• Server and edge logs are kept on Vercel's default retention schedule.
• Order metadata (name on deed, email, dedication, line items) is kept indefinitely so we can reissue your deed if you lose the email.
• Pet photos are processed in-request to render the PDF and are not currently stored on our servers after the deed is delivered.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the order data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. You can opt out of marketing email, though we don't currently send any. The easiest way to reach us is the contact form.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page will change when we do. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage banner.
